The Search is on for New Owners
THE SEARCH IS ON FOR NEW OWNERS at OSYC
Open Spaces Yoga Center has been at the same location in Lakeside, AZ, since 2003. It’s an enduring business enterprise! Our gem of a street-front location is further enhanced by a 2011 studio-wide renovation including two studios and office. OSYC serves the White Mountains Region with the highest quality of yoga & meditation instruction often complimented by “soft” martial arts forms and a variety of performing arts presentations and cultural events.
What has made our business model unique and enduring? Our capacity to serve NE Arizona with an uninterrupted year-round yoga schedule employing 3-7 (seasonal fluctuations) fully certified yoga instructors who bring a variety of yoga styles to match individual student aspirations. Certified Yoga Therapeutics classes and workshops along with ongoing Meditation classes headline the weekly schedule. Additionally, various spiritual and arts-related events and occasional short-term rental opportunities for business meetings or outside group workshops of up to 30+ participants further bolster “the bottom line”.
Lauren Barnert-Hosie and Ken Hosie have been at the helm, creating this successful business model by nurturing the area-wide community with wellness offerings in a spirit of caring and belonging. Over the last several years, NE Arizona has been evolving and growing rapidly! New year-round residents from California, Idaho, Oregon and elsewhere have brought a freshness and enthusiasm to the region. This newer population is young and entrepreneurial. AND, it’s time for new leadership at OSYC.
We’re now accepting serious inquiries from perspective buyers with an interest in infusing our yoga studio spaces with new ideas and inventive approaches to launch the next generation of OSYC’s enviable legacy. Our reputation in this niche enterprise of dedicated professionalism and enthusiasm within the White Mountain’s bustling economy will serve as a potent “springboard” for the next generation of studio ownership.
